Smash the Shush! Lucha Libre Volcánica at the Library

Get loud in the library with Seattle’s Lucha Libre Volcánica! Join us for a night of masked wrestling entertainment as luchadores battle it out in daring acrobatic attacks of epic proportions. Lucha Libre is a traditional form of Mexican wrestling that has its roots in the early 1900s. Noted for its fantastical costumes and acrobatics, Lucha Libre’s iconic characters often draw upon historical myths of good and evil, as well as cultural traditions. Lucha Libre Volcánica will bring to life a universe of stories. This event is part of the Summer Library Program, a Timberland Regional Library district-wide program.
