50% of each ticket sold will go to Friendly Flower Garden Club of Lacey’s project to install a Blue Star Memorial By-Way Marker at Lacey Civic Plaza (next to Applebee’s) to honor the men and women who serve/have served in the U.S. Armed Forces.
