Sea School Northwest Maritime Industry Panel

Sea School North West (SSNW) is a professional development program that helps POC, LGBTQ+ folks, women, registered tribal members, and coastal residents enter the maritime industry. This is important because according to WA State Commerce the average annual income for maritime industry workers in Washington State is $70,800. The value and justice of a living wage in today’s world speaks for itself. It is SSNW’s mission to remove industry barriers and increase diversity throughout every layer of the maritime industry.
