The little, old grocery building on Rogers Street on Olympia’s west side is home to a new restaurant named for the street’s historical name. Joel Henderson, Dino’s Café’s chef, visits BSC and explores the world of sauces. His menu begins with a smooth and velvety Mushroom Veloute Soup and Warm, Wilted Spinach Salad.
