Samba OlyWA is an amateur drum and dance group that practices weekly at the Eagles’s downtown. We have some members that dance and drum together year round, performing at various community events. Janelle Keane Campoverde returns to showcase a Samba RIo that could well be one of the routines Samba OlyWA will take to the streets at the Procession of the Species for 2016. Janelle’s talent and experience to impart the roots of this form into your body and spirit are treasured by this group. Anyone interested in dancing with Samba OlyWA will benefit from attending this workshop.
