Sacred Saturdays with a Therapist

Join us for Sacred Saturdays — a monthly space for rest, reflection, and renewal. Led by beloved therapist Dr. Bre, this free community healing workshop invites you to slow down, reconnect, and nourish your spirit in a supportive and welcoming environment. While the workshop is free, we kindly encourage donations of $20–$25 to help cover the cost of food and staff. Please register 2 days prior to the event.
