A troupe of actors, the Freedom Players, will perform excerpts from Alec Clayton’s Freedom trilogy: “The Backside of Nowhere,” “Return to Freedom,” and his current work in progress, “Visual Liberties.” A question and answer period will follow. Alec was born in Tupelo, Mississippi and moved to Olympia in 1988. He has published five novels and writes about art and theater for the Weekly Volcano, The News Tribune, and Thurston Talk.
