Rampage at the RAC

The 5^th annual Rampage at the RAC 5k obstacle event is set for Saturday, October 10 with wave/races taking off each ½ hour in the morning starting at 9am.  Crawl through a mud pit, scale a giant cargo net, careen down a giant slip and slide, event slither through a trench of green goo while walking/jogging/running and laughing your way through the 5k course full of fun and crazy obstacles.  New this year, check out the giant Leaps and Bounds ball jump challenge (think the TV Show WIPEOUT!) Whether you are an experienced runner, tough warrior, just starting to get in shape or just want to have fun, the RAMPAGE is for YOU!  it’s the most fun with your friends so spread the word and don’t miss this Lacey favorite 5k for people who know how to have fun.

Registration fee is $35 and those pre-registered by September 25 will also get a t-shirt!  This year’s event is open to ages 14 and up and registration will continue for the day of, as long as space is available!  Visit ci.lacey.wa.us/events for more info!
