Senior Services for South Sound in partnership with the Thurston County Food Bank is sponsoring Pie Fest 2019 on Saturday, March 2, from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Olympia Senior Center. Pie Fest is a family-friendly event and in addition to pie judging there will be pie consumption, a raffle and musical entertainment! South Sound residents willing to bake a pie for this fundraising event should drop their entries off between 10:30 am – 12:00 pm on the day of the event at the Olympia Senior Center, 222 Columbia St. NW, in Olympia. For a list of contest rules, email development@soutnsoundseniors.org or call 360-589-6181. Entry forms are available at the Olympia and Lacey Senior Centers. Proceeds from Pie Fest go to the Thurston County Food Bank and the Senior Nutrition Program of Senior Services for South Sound.
