The Olympia School District will break ground on next week on the new Olympia Regional Learning Academy building, which will be located at the corner of Boulevard Road and 15th Avenue SE on the site of the former McKinley Elementary school. The public and media are invited to attend the event. NOTE: Event is weather-dependent; in the event of heavy rain we will
reschedule.
The Olympia Regional Learning Academy (ORLA) is part of the Olympia School District. ORLA serves students and families through a variety of innovative and diverse learning options not found elsewhere in the district, including iConnect Academy (online learning), Homeschool Connect and Montessori programs.
The new ORLA facility is scheduled to open in early 2015. Members of the public and media may watch the ORLA construction website, http://osd.wednet.edu/news/new_orla_building
