North Thurston High School is hosting the North Thurston Public School’s 10th annual College and Career Fair. This exciting event is free and open to all students and parents. This is a great opportunity for students and parents to explore the many options available to them after graduation. Our event provides a wide range of opportunities for students choosing to go to any variety of colleges to those who choose to work directly after school. Doors to the fair open at 5:30 to 7:30. Come for all or part!
Over 100 participants:
• 4 year, 2 year, technical, and the apprenticeship trades;
• Washington state, public and independent colleges and out of state colleges;
• Military – all branches of the military including ROTC;
• Numerous careers including law enforcement, banking, healthcare, local businesses
with career opportunities, careers in STEM and much more;
• Scholarship Organizations promoting their scholarships – what you need to apply;
• Community Organizations providing youth volunteer opportunities;
• Excellent workshops: Transition Workshop for parents and students who have a 504
or Individualized Education Plans (IEP); drop-in help center for FAFSA and WASFA
and ROTC.
