VALUES OF OUR PROGRAMMING
We know going through puberty and learning more about our bodies as a teenager can create anxiety. We honor all the developmental stages by offering smaller camp sizes with lots of volunteers so our participants feel seen, heard and supported. It also helps to foster new friendships in a deeper way.

We want to inspire girls with opportunities for their future. We offer theme-based health lectures and activities from female experts in wellness fields, public & environmental education, social media awareness, writing, sound healing, engineering, herbal healing and much more to encourage our participants to dream of their futures and help manifest their dreams whilst being an active participant in their communities.
Healthy food is important to our programming and we offer yummy organic food, tea and filtered water throughout the day.

CONFIDENCE, LIFE SKILLS, SELF-CARE
Girls have the power to develop confidence, life skills, and self-care through My Body My Power Programs. These unique programs provide a journey of personalized discovery and inner peace, allowing girls to uncover their strengths while embracing themselves with newfound pride. Join us to discover yourself anew!
