2:30 Program Begins / 4:30 March to Capitol
Meet a farmworker from Familias Unidas por la Justicia, Washington’s only indigenous-led farmworkers union. They are on a 7-city tour to advocate for enforceable regulations on heat and smoke and to let people know about the dangers posed by the Farm Workforce Modernizaton Act. We will be joined by local elected officials who will offer their solidarity.
