The guided meditation includes sitting and walking. Pattago Bhikkhu (Monk Steve), an American monk with 18 years experience studying and meditating, will lead the meditation, and give a 15 minute talk at the end. If you are new, please arrive 15 minutes early. Otherwise, please arrive on time so you don’t have to wait for the walking meditation to enter.
