Join the City of Olympia and Thurston Conservation District in celebrating the life of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. with a volunteer service project at LBA Woods. We will be restoring crucial habitats to their intended state and improving trail surfaces. Tools, gloves, and light refreshments will be provided. Dress for the weather and wear your boots! Face masks will be required and we will be working at least 6 feet apart from volunteers outside of our household. Meet near the large kiosk.

“If I cannot do great things, I can do small things in a great way.”
Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

For all work parties, please dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes or boots that can get wet and muddy. Face masks are required when within 6 feet of someone outside of your household. Volunteers are encouraged to bring a reusable water bottle. An adult must accompany youth under the age of 14 and all youth under 18 years of age must have an online waiver signed electronically by a parent/guardian. All ages are welcome to participate!
