Arts and Entertainment Education Family Events Outdoor Recreation Workshops, Classes and Lectures

Washington State Parks Folk & Traditional Arts Program and Arbutus Folk School are excited to host guest artist and Master Drummer Mapathé Diop for a free workshop to learn about and enjoy traditional drumming of Senegal. Participants will learn about the importance of this musical tradition and enjoy performances as well as a chance to try playing the drums themselves!
