With Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Wangpo

Valentine’s Day is typically about romantic love, but love is part of many more relationships. We all have love in our life and we know from our own experience that often our relationships, romantic and otherwise, are the most difficult thing about our lives. The people we are closest to can bring us the greatest joy–or pain. Why is this, and how do we make these relationships positive and productive? Real love can never be a source of unhappiness, yet why then are we frequently unhappy with those we care about most? Learn how to make sense of our relationships by understanding our own motivations, and how this knowledge can produce a completely new way of looking at ourself and others.
