Learn to make cheese with Lost Peacock Creamery’s Award Winning Head Cheesemaker, Matthew Tuller.

In this class we will learn the basics of cheesemaking science and we will make feta and ricotta from the milk of our farmstead herd of goats.

We will sample various cheeses, all products of Lost Peacock Ceramery, and tour the milking parlor, dairy, and cheese cave.

Bring your own container, we will send you home with 1 gallon of raw goat milk and all the culture and vegetarian rennet to make your own feta and ricotta at home.
