• Blended course- includes an online learning portion, which means shorter in classroom/pool time.
• American Red Cross Certification – Lifeguarding, CPR, AED, and First Aid
• Age requirements: Must be 15 years of age by the last day of the course.
• Pre-course requirements-
-Capable of swimming 300 yd. without stopping, displaying rhythmic breathing (breaststroke and/or freestyle).
-Swim 20 yards, surface dive to retrieve a 10 lb. diving brick in 7 ft. of water and swim back w/ brick above water to the starting point in under 1 minute 40 seconds.
-Two minute tread without using hands
• Cost- $250.00 with manual/mask provided. $200.00 self-printed manual (.pdf) & self provided mask. (equipment required)
