Washington Procurement Technical Center (PTAC) is hosting two upcoming Government Contracting 101 workshops in September to help local businesses grow by contracting with the federal, state and local government entities.  Stephanie Scott of PTAC will be presenting the free workshops, providing attendees with information and tips on the basics of government contracting. The focus will be on the following topics:

  • Locating opportunities
  • Marketing your products and services
  • Registering in the System for Award Management
  • Identifying your competitive advantages
  • Certifying as a service disabled veteran owned, women owned, minority owned firm, etc.
