Beth Storey
Join Beth as she offers a tutorial on proper knife techniques. In the process of deboning a chicken and making stock to prepare Chicken Vegetable Soup (served with bread and salad), Beth will teach you basic knife skills, showing different cuts with various types of knives and giving you tips on cutting and chopping meats, vegetables, fruits and cheeses. Students are requested to bring their favorite paring knife and chef knife to class. Complementary wine pairing. $50
