Interested in mapping frog and salamander migrations?
Seasonally, frogs and salamanders migrate from aquatic breeding habitat to upland terrestrial habitat. Usually they migrate on dark and rainy nights, and often this means crossing busy roads. Unfortunately, many do not make it across these roads, causing populations to be decimated.
