This weekend we will explore karma and how meditation can help. The law of karma is a special instance of the law of cause and effect, according to which all our actions of body, speech, and mind are causes and all our experiences are their effects.

The law of karma explains why each individual has a unique mental disposition, a unique physical appearance, and unique experiences.

Karma is like gravity; it’s not personal, it’s not singling us out. If we trip and fall, we don’t get angry with gravity. Understanding how karma functions puts us in control of our life. By acting in accordance with the law of Karma we have the power to create the causes for whatever future we wish to have.
