Jim and Jeanne’s Art Opening

Join Jim Burlingame and Jeanne Murdock-Zvonchenko — two old friends with two very different styles of collage art — as they open their month long joint show at the downtown Olympia cafe Bar Francis. We met decades ago, as coworkers at the restaurant The Pleasant Peasant (where the New Moon Cafe is now), and only in the last year realized we both have a penchant for cutting bits of images out and moving them around into compositions that somehow just feel right.
