Adult education about the Port of Olympia and the election of new Port Commissioners
A 35 minute illustrated slide talk with a question and answer period following. The presentation will acquaint you with the formation of public ports in Washington, the 100 year history of the Port of Olympia, issues of public concern that also existed when ports where formed. Candidates running for Port Commission in the upcoming election will be discussed and the importance of electing Port candidates who will help transition the Port to a sustainable future.
