Introduction to Alchemical Somatic Healing Techniques

Acknowledging that the subconscious mind resides in the body, and thus the body holds memories, feelings, thoughts and traumas, Alchemical Somatic Healing techniques will be taught to 1) channel energy into places of pain and unwellness to clear and heal; 2) encourage the body to release old traumas, emotions, and beliefs, thus restoring flexibility, eliminating pain and promoting healing; 3) use color to release disharmony or pain, then rebuild or restore health to that place in the body; and 4) learn a gentle method to release locked, cramped, or inflamed hand or foot digits. Each technique will be practiced in class on classmates. Geared for body workers who wish to include or expand energy medicine techniques for clients.
