On Saturday, June 13, the City of Lacey will host its first annual Homeowners’ Academy. The conference-style event will feature presentations from professionals in HOA finances, legal issues, and board responsibilities. In addition, attendees will benefit from sessions on dispute resolution, stormwater facility maintenance, and traffic calming devices.
The Academy will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Lacey Community Center, 6729 Pacific Avenue SE in Lacey. Registration is $30 for Lacey and Lacey Urban Growth Area board members and $40 for others. A $10 discount is available for additional members from the same association. Space is limited and pre-registration is required.
