The English countryside, 1602. A straggly, traveling troupe of players with a small pageant wagon are camped in a wood outside of town. Eight actors play 38 roles to bring to life–with the help of a basketful of costumes, a pile of rusty swords, and your imagination–the epic and inspiring history of Henry V, as written by William Shakespeare.

Harlequin Productions brings a unique approach to Shakespeare’s most heroic history play. Prince Hal has been wasting his youth in the company of rascals and scoundrels. But when the King, his Father, dies, the young prince must take the throne and learn to lead a nation now in desperate straits. His struggle to find a course of honor through endless contradictory challenges–and especially to lead a small army against a daunting foe–is an inspiring tale of accomplishment, not just for one man, but for all humanity.
