Thurston County’s public health staff and the Healthy Child Weight Coalition invite dancers of all ages to spice up their physical activity with Latin rhythms at “Free Wednesday Zumba” dance sessions every Wednesday night from 6:45 – 7:45 PM. Exercise is good medicine. Zumba is great exercise and these classes are fun and free. However, donations are appreciated for Family Education and Support Services (FESS).
