The South Puget Sound Community College Jazz Series has the perfect pairing for with the presentation of “An Evening of Fine Jazz and Northwest Cuisine” on March 20. The event features Windham Hill recording artist Scott Cossu and Chefs Treacy Kreger and Christine Ciancetta.

The evening will take place in the Kenneth J. Minnaert Center for the Arts’ Black Box Theater. The first food-and-wine pairing will begin at 6:30 p.m., with Cossu’s first set beginning at 7:30 p.m. A second pairing will be served during a set break. Cossu is an internationally known, composer, pianist and recording artist of more than 30 years. Kreger is a chef at Vern’s Food and Catering, and Ciancetta is a chef at Cucina Ciancetta. Stottle Winery will provide the wine for the evening.

Seating for the event is limited. Tickets are $40 for general admission, or $30 for seniors, students, staff and military with ID.
