Our Week Long Empowerment Camps offer 9-16 year old girls an opportunity to deepen their unique character, cultivate self confidence, develop core life skills and implement daily self-care through an innovative journey toward self-discovery.

Empowerment Camps are theme based and have a different theme and Guest Educators each day!

August Empowerment Camp Includes: ice breakers, intros, art projects, yoga poses, meditation techniques, breathing exercises, positive affirmations, wellness tips, All About Me Collages, self care tools, sound healing, dance, health lectures, talking circles, theme based guest speakers, outdoor activities, organic snacks/lunch, cultivating sisterhood and lots of fun!

10:45-11:30 Yoga with Sound Healing
11:30-11:45 Talking Circle: Rose ~ Thorn ~ Bud
11:45-12:00 Transition to Heritage Park
12:00-1:30 Lunch/Outdoor/Indoor Play/Relaxation/ Break
1:30-1:45 Journal/Regroup
1:45-3:00 Guest Lecturer: Jennifer Johnson, Thurston County Environmental Educator, “Get Out of My Hair” Lecture & Presentation; learning about healthy body products, the importance of reading labels & natural self care. Ending with making a natural lip balm. Handouts & Power Point included.
3:00-3:15 Break
3:15-3:30 Dancing & Free Movement or Free Time
3:30-3:45 Debrief/Feedback
3:45-4:00 Closing Circle/Girl Power Rocks Cheer/Goodbye
