Empowerment 4 Girls One Day Camp for girls ages 9-16. Creating Sisterhood through Fun and Self Expression!
Empowerment Camp includes: Yoga, Meditation, Breathing Exercises, Positive Affirmations, Self-Care Tools,Talking Circles, Sound Healing, Art & Dance. Organic Lunch/Snacks Included.
The theme of the Day is Self-Responsibility as we honor Earth Day in the month of April. Our guest speaker, Katie Rains, former director of GRuB, will lead us through some reflections & simple mindfulness practices so that we can be powerful earth stewards each & every day. From our connection with food, each other & the natural world, we’ll leave camp empowered to make small but important daily choices that will honor our precious planet & celebrate our place in the ecosystem.
