Aberdeen artist, Ken Mitchell, will again be sharing this time and talent with would-be artists on June 17 and 18 during a drawing workshop. On each of these two dates from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Ken will instruct class members in creating their best possible sketches with time honored techniques. The price to attend this class is $35 per person and includes instruction only. This course is for all levels, from beginners to experienced artists.
Mitchell has a BA and MA in Fine Arts from Colorado State University. He has taught art at all levels for the past 30 years and has won numbers awards for his watercolor and oil paintings. From murals to stage sets to illustrations, Ken has excelled as a professional artist his entire life as he has also taught others the techniques to pursue their own dreams.
Students need to bring their own supplies. Lunch is available to purchase during class. Sack lunches and outside food and drinks are not allowed.
