Who doesn’t want the perfect relationship or even many perfect relationships? Yet, we often find that, from time to time, here and there, we encounter difficult people. These people may be family members – children, siblings, parents, or distant relatives. The difficult people we know might be in a circle of people that we interact with regularly – neighbors, co-workers, bosses – or just people we see in passing – shopkeepers, store employees, garbage collectors, and so forth. Regardless of where we encounter difficult people, we are always trying to figure out how to deal with them.

Often avoiding them is not possible, and not really a solution that most people seek. Our ability to communicate, interact well, and deal with people is what we want to tap into. But, difficult people can be, well, difficult.

In this day course, we are looking at Buddhist techniques that will further our ability to interact with difficult people in a positive way that allows us to feel strong and confident in the situation and help them as well. By working with the dynamic of the relationship and using the power of our good heart, we can shift the situation from a difficult one to a pleasant one.

This course will be filled with wisdom that is suitable for everyone. No previous background required.
