Caring Kids family volunteer program is teaming up to sing, dance, and march with South Sound Parent to Parent in the Procession of the Species (Earth section). Our group theme will be “in the garden together”. Dress as your favorite garden flower, vegetable, or even squiggly worm – basically anything that has to do with a garden. We see this as an opportunity for each child (and family) to express themselves through their costumes and together, with the many varieties of families in our community, we make a beautiful garden. As a gentle reminder, the Procession of the Species asks that participants involve no printed words, live animals, or motorized vehicles in their costumes.
