Our normal view is that our daily experiences, whether pleasant or unpleasant, come from external sources. Following this view, we dedicate our whole life to improving our external conditions and situation. However our human problems and suffering increase year by year. This clearly indicates our view is incorrect and deceives us.

Incorrect views and intentions cause us to follow wrong paths in life that only lead to suffering, whereas correct views and intentions cause us to follow spiritual paths that lead to happiness.

In this class, we will look at Buddha’s explanation of which intentions to follow and which to abandon in order to fulfill our basic wishes for happiness and freedom from suffering. We will also learn how to recognize the differences between correct, and incorrect intentions as well as correct, and incorrect actions.

Everyone will gain wisdom that is immediately applicable to their lives. Start the new year off right, increase your wisdom.
