athletes are 5 times more likely to suffer a knee injury than male athletes. In
an attempt to reduce the risk of injury, ProActive SportsMed is offering an ACL Risk Reduction Testing on June 1st at their Tumwater
location. The testing takes only 20 minutes of your time. Participation in the
testing is FREE for all female athletes that wish to sign up. Females at high risk will also receive a complementary home
intervention program to reduce risk of injury.
The testing will take place on June 1st between
