This is our fourth exciting year with the Colvins as our hosts for this yearly Slow Food of Greater Olympia fundraiser, and we can’t wait for yet another mouth-watering feast!

The evening begins with locally-sourced drinks, raw oysters from South Sound Clams, and a hayride tour of the historic Colvin Ranch ranch. You’ll learn about the ranch and their sustainably-raised, grass-fed beef. The ranch is beautiful, the hosts are generous and the cattle are magnificent.

The dinner that follows is a breathtaking five courses of Colvin beef and local vegetables prepared by Chefs Will Taylor of Waterstreet Cafe and Treacy Kreger of St. Andrew’s House. A decadent half-baked chocolate mint cheesecake made by Stephen Cobb (of Cobb’s Peanut Butter Cups) will finish the feast. This dairy- and grain-free treat alone (or with vanilla ice cream) is worth the ticket price.

Please let us know if you have any dietary concerns, and we would be happy to accommodate you.

To purchase tickets by cash or check, contact Emily Dunn-Wilder at (206) 491-3680 or email goslowfood@gmail.com.

Proceeds from this and all our Slow Food of Greater Olympia events will go directly to our efforts to support a thriving local food system through our tasting demonstrations at the Olympia Farmers Market, our market demo internship, sponsorships for our delegates to the Terra Madre food conference, future events and potlucks, and our annual donation to GRuB (http://goodgrub.org/).
