Grilling the Perfect Burger

Bayview School of Cooking presents the 3rd in a series of classes on grilling with Chef Barry “CB” Martin.  Everyone loves burgers on the grill and CB is here to give you techniques on how to improve on a good thing.

His ingenious method for Mini-Burger Sliders takes all the tediousness out of the process and guarantees that they’ll be cooked the way you want them.   CB’s Inside-Out Burgers are the perfect example of how to stuff a burger so it’s full of surprises on the inside and his Lean Burger Tribute to “In & Out”;  made with lean grass-fed beef or bison and served in lettuce leaves, demonstrates that it’s possible to grill up a healthy burger that’s still delicious!
