TCMedia is entering a new and exciting chapter. Following the retirement of its former executive director after more than 30 years, the organization is now embracing a bold co-leadership model to guide its next phase of growth, innovation, and sustainability.

The public is invited to celebrate these new changes at the TCMedia Grand Re-Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, taking place on Saturday, June 21 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at the TCMedia Studio A in Olympia. This celebratory event will include a ribbon cutting with the Thurston County Chamber of Commerce, a brief presentation by the new Co-Directors, light refreshments, and a modified live performance by Theater Artists Olympia!
Meet the New Co-Executive Directors
- Martha Correa, Co-Executive Director of Production and Operations, has been a steady force at TCMedia since 2007, with deep experience in public service broadcasting and government programming. Her work is rooted in a long-standing commitment to media literacy, accessible programming, and inclusive representation. Martha now oversees studio operations and leads efforts to expand original content that reflects the voices of the Thurston County community.
- Tamara Erazo, Co-Executive Director of Administration & Development, brings a background in television producing and business leadership as an alumna of the University of Texas at Arlington. With a focus on fundraising, strategic partnerships, and mission-driven content development, Tamara is working to ensure the long-term sustainability of TCMedia through community-aligned media initiatives and a growing network of support.

Together, Martha and Tamara are leading the charge to build a more resilient and thriving TCMedia, one rooted in community-powered storytelling, digital equity, and long-term sustainability.
Introducing the Sustainable Partners Business Circle
To support its new strategic direction, TCMedia is launching the Sustainable Partners Business Circle, which is a new funding model designed to offset the decline in jurisdictional PEG funding. Support tiers begin at $10,000 ranging to $100,000 and are a commitment from 2-3 year span and include exclusive media packages, branded video content, branded features on Channel 22, and more.
