Bound for Boston Marathon & Half Marathon

Have an athletic dad? Bond with him while qualifying for the Boston Marathon. This is a super flat and fast 1-mile course. The full marathon is a Boston Qualifier & USATF Certified. Run the full marathon or a half! For more information and to enter, head to the Run Sign Up website. They are also looking for volunteers if you and Dad prefer to volunteer versus running and volunteers earn a $50 Visa Gift Card!
Juneteenth Celebration

Celebrate Juneteenth in Lacey on Father’s Day at the Regional Athletic Complex! There will be a free barbecue lunch, live music, free haircuts, a short program and more.

The Olympic Airshow is a thrilling Father’s Day event in Tumwater. This year the event features Smoke-n-Thunder jet car—you won’t want to miss the incredible sound and display this vehicle puts on. Then, check out the aircraft and displays from WWII and modern times. Watch demonstrations of working museum pieces. Ground tours and even rides will be available as well! Taking a class at the Lacey Makerspace is a great way to hang with Dad for Father’s Day! This class will teach the basics of safety and operation for the table and miter saws. Can’t make this class?
