March 7 at 7:30 p.m. ‘Menopause the Musical 2‘
All aboard, sisters! The hysterical sequel to the smash-hit “Menopause The Musical” is finally here! Five years after their chance encounter in a department store, we set sail with our beloved ladies for more high jinks on the high seas. “Menopause The Musical 2: Cruising Through ‘The Change’” is a hilarious and heartfelt look at the joys of menopause and friendship — plus hot flashes, mood swings, and memory lapses! Join us on a trip of self-discovery, backed by a new soundtrack of toe-tapping parodied hits from the 70s, 80s and 90s. For these four ladies, menopause was not the end, but the beginning of a beautiful friendship where love conquers all, and friendships never fail.
March 9 at 2 p.m. Silent Movie: Buster Keaton’s ‘Sherlock Jr’ accompanied by Cellist Gideon Freudmann
Gideon Freudmann opens with a cello concert and then performs the live soundtrack for this classic silent film with his cello and real-time digital effects. His imaginative, original accompaniment breathes new life into this classic art, bringing the best of cinema and live music to another level and to new audiences.
In “Sherlock Jr,” Buster Keaton is a movie projectionist who dreams of being great detective. This brilliant film-within-a-film is clever, funny and timeless. Keaton’s physical antics as well as his cinematic story-telling genius are on full display in this amazing 1924 silent masterpiece.
March 14 at 7:30 p.m. Ladies of Laughter
Ladies of Laughter is back by popular demand! We are thrilled to introduce our audience to these three talented comedians this season!
Ruthy Ferrera is a bi-lingual (English/Spanish) comedienne and the 2024 Newcomer National Champion of Ladies of Laughter. Ruthy loves and bleeds entertainment and has worked in every area within entertainment. This Bla-tina (Black Latina) was first comedian to open the brand-new Copacabana nightclub in NYC.
Poppy Champlin is the 2024 Ladies of Laughter National Professional winner, Poppy was comedically trained at Chicago Second City Training Center. Her stand-up resume is extensive: Winner, America’s Funniest Real Woman on The Joan Rivers Show; featured on Entertainment Tonight, Showtime, Comedy Central, Oprah and others.
Jane Condon was the 2004 National Professional Ladies of Laughter Winner! She has two boys, otherwise everything’s fine. Since she’s from a blue-collar town in Massachusetts, she likes to make fun of her current posh address in Greenwich, CT. She loves to tell stories about her adventures (mostly survival tales) with her boys. She won Audience Favorite (NY) on NBC’s “Last Comic Standing.”

March 20 at 7:30 p.m. Comedy Underground featuring Bo Johnson
Comedy Underground is back to make you laugh. This month we welcome Bo Johnson! Seattle native Bo is a Seattle International Comedy Competition finalist and a regular at Bumbershoot, SF Sketchfest, the Double Down Comedy Experience, Rifflandia in Victoria, BC and Big Pine Comedy Festival in Phoenix. Recommended for ages 18+.
March 21 at 8 p.m. Black Box Jazz: Maria Wulf Group
Maria is an in-demand drummer and educator known throughout the Pacific Northwest. She is no stranger to the Seattle jazz scene performing in such venues as The Earshot Jazz Festival, Dimitriou’s Jazz Alley, The Triple Door, The Seattle Art Museum, and Tula’s.
As a bandleader her groups have been featured at the Portland Jazz Festival, the North Bend Jazz Walk, and Edmonds Jazz Walk. Maria is also an in-demand educator adjudicating jazz festivals and making guest appearances at local colleges in addition to presenting at state and national conferences. Her original compositions have been featured on KPLU’s Jazz Northwest and she can be heard as a guest artist and mentor on KPLU’s School of Jazz Volumes 6, 7, and 10. Formerly, she was director of the Seattle Women’s Jazz Orchestra and served as instrumental jazz and percussion faculty at Pacific Lutheran University and South Puget Sound Community College.
March 22 at 7:30 p.m. The Center Salon
The Center Salon is back for it’s 8th year! Featuring artists from authors to poets, illustrators to musicians as well as our independent film competition this event is unlike any other! Come and be inspired by local artists. Jill Barnes hosts this popular event. Participating artists include: Sam Miller (comedian), Lynette Charters (Conceptual Artist), Kat Eggleston (Singer/Songwriter/Playwright), Robert Hunt (Guitarist, Songwriter), and Janet Steward (Poet).
March 26 at 8 p.m. Skerryvore

“A local Native American artist, I specialize in large realistic oil paintings. I honor my heritage, journey and spirituality, through my paintings. My great grandparents walked the trail of tears, from Louisiana to Oklahoma. I try to celebrate my elders with each canvas. I am also a drug and alcohol counselor in Shelton. I try to help others find their way as I continue to find my own.”
