Our favorite stores, salons, restaurants and repair shops become the landmarks of our day. For long-time clients of the fan favorite Bron’s Automotive in Olympia, their empty Black Lake building is no cause for despair. In late summer 2023, their shop moved to 2021 Harrison Avenue NW but still maintains its 20+ year dedication to a quality, full-service auto experience.

This move to a bigger, fresher space allowed the team to add helpful new products and services, so check them out next time your ride needs diagnostics, maintenance, repair or upgrades. Blending know-how and respect, Bron’s Automotive believes in attention to detail, transparency and treating all customers like family.

Bron’s Automotive Moves Across Town to Expand and Grow

Joey Crider, owner and operator of Bron’s Automotive, says they moved to their Harrison Avenue location last summer because it offered both a larger workspace and plenty of additional parking. Prior to that, the company had spent more than two decades in their Black Lake location. The new site lets the team add a waiting room, shuttle service while your car is being repaired, tire sales and wheel alignments.

But the family atmosphere hasn’t changed one bit. Crider says his all six of his staff members have been with them for years and is proud that the company is locally owned and operated.

With such a longstanding place in the community, Bron’s Automotive has tackled more than 10,000 repairs in their lengthy history and maintains a 99% customer satisfaction rate. Says one five-star review: “Joey and his crew at Bron’s are wonderful. Joey went out of his way to give me the grand tour and it’s clear he’s genuinely passionate about caring for his clients, crew and our community. I wish all business owners had the heart that Joey does.”

Bron’s Expands Automotive Products and Services in Olympia

The extra square footage isn’t just for show. Crider added tires and wheel alignments to their comprehensive existing menu of services. Along with standard maintenance like oil and filter changes or 30K/60K/90K/120K mile service, they’ve traditionally provided engine repair, fixed heating and air conditioning issues and worked on your car’s electrical, exhaust and transmission.

New to their portfolio are alignment services and repair to struts, shocks or suspension. Crider suggests that alignment be checked twice a year, especially before heading out for long summer road trips or family vacations. Able to tackle both domestic and European vehicles, they can also inspect for worn front end components to make sure your current tire investment isn’t wasted.

But if you need new tires, they sell and service a variety of sizes and brands, to meet your needs. Every tire sold comes with road hazard service, free flat repairs and free rotations during the life of the tire. You can even ask about financing deals.

Whether you need all-season tires to tackle the rain, winter tires to conquer mountain passes or a model that can do it all with style, the Bron’s Automotive team is always happy to answer questions and offer suggestions.

Car Repair Near Olympia: Don’t Let Auto Maintenance Slide

It’s tempting to put off your car’s maintenance to save money. But when it comes to our car, that could be a dangerous gamble. Experts say that postponing maintenance often results in higher overall repair costs, decreased vehicle life and more dangerous driving conditions for you and your family. That doesn’t include missing work and having to arrange for rides (plus the cost of rideshare) when systems eventually fail or components break.
