The City of Lacey is accepting applications from non-profit organizations to use the Washington Center for the Performing Arts for one day, with no rental fee, in 2023. Applications must be submitted to the City of Lacey by Friday, July 15 at 5 p.m.
Under the current contract with the Washington Center for the Performing Arts, the City of Lacey is entitled to use the facility two days per year at no additional cost. Currently, by policy, the City of Lacey allocates one of these days each year to a non-profit organization for free, and keeps one day for a city-sponsored event. Although the selected organization does not pay a facility rental free, they will need to pay for labor and other expenses. The Washington Center for the Performing Arts is located at 512 Washington St SE, Olympia, WA 98501.
