It’s that time again! Whether you are Irish, Irish American or just Irish at heart, St. Patrick’s Day gives us a reason to celebrate all things Irish—or slightly Irish—while indulging in good food and lots of green beer. Maybe you love corned beef and cabbage—an Irish American custom, by the way—or opt for something more traditional like bangers and mash. Both go great with a stout Guinness, followed by some Irish coffee to warm the belly. Put your green on and celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in Olympia and throughout Thurston County.
