Port of Olympia offices to open to public April 19

With Thurston County now in Phase 3 of Governor Inslee’s Roadmap to Recovery, the Port of Olympia offices and operations will reopen as follows:

Port administrative offices to open to the public Monday, April 19. The Port of Olympia administrative office will be open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Port Commission meetings will continue to take place remotely. Regularly scheduled Port Commission meetings and work sessions have been conducted via Zoom Webinar to adhere to the required guidelines. Access information for these meetings is posted on the Port of Olympia’s Commission webpage at https://portolympia.com/commission/.

Swantown Marina offices open to the public beginning April 19 with limited access. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Sunday. One individual will be allowed in the office at a time. A line, requesting 6 feet between guests, will be maintained outside the office. Business can still be conducted via telephone, email, or website. Maintenance and Harbor Operations personnel are on-site but will continue to practice social distancing. The Swantown Marina guest dock is open and available for destination visitors. Swantown Boatworks remains operational. Swantown Boatworks office and work yard are operational. Office matters will be conducted via their office service window. Business can also be conducted via telephone, email, or website. Boatyard personnel are onsite but will continue to practice social distancing. 360.528.8059.

The Marine Terminal remains operational. Access to the marine terminal is limited. All ship visits and community tours remain canceled.

Olympia Regional Airport remains operational. The airport administrative office is open to the public 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Business can also be conducted via telephone, email or website. Airport maintenance personnel are on-site but will continue to practice social distancing. 360.528.8079.

All real estate property showings are by appointment only. Inquiries or any tenant questions can be directed to 360.528.8012.

In keeping with the Governor’s order, masks will be required in all Port offices, which are public spaces. Masks will be available and offered to customers who enter Port offices without a mask, and hand sanitizer will also be available. All counters and associated areas will be disinfected between customers.

Openings are subject to change due to Governor or local orders.
