Olympia Federal Savings (OlyFed) is pleased to announce the promotions of several team members.
Rachel Rudenski was promoted to Belfair Branch Manager after serving the past couple years as Assistant Branch Manager. Rachel joined OlyFed in 2010 as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Belfair. She was promoted to Universal Banker in 2016 and then quickly to Assistant Branch Manager.
Rachel replaces Mari Madsen who has worked at the Belfair branch since 1997, serving the past few years as the Branch Manager. Mari was recently promoted to Loan Underwriter as a result of her years of experience with OlyFed and her extensive knowledge of loan products and prudent lending decision-making.
Bret Bajema has been promoted to Branch Manager at the Hawks Prairie branch after serving the past three years as Assistant Branch Manager. Prior to his OlyFed experience, Bret worked in financial management for over 10 years.
In addition, Angela Roberts was promoted to Loan Officer with the Hawks Prairie branch. Angela joined OlyFed as a CSR at the Main Branch in 2013 and she has taken on positions at four branches, including Lead CSR and Universal Banker, and she also has experience working temporarily in the Operations Department. As a Universal Banker II since 2018, Angela has been working on consumer loans the past couple years.
Maria Cook is now the Loan Officer with the Lacey branch after serving the past couple years at the Assistant Branch Manager in West Olympia. Maria joined OlyFed in 2017 as a Universal Banker at the Downtown Olympia branch. With her prior banking management skills, she quickly promoted to an Assistant Branch Manager at the Westside branch and this past February was promoted once again and started working on mortgage loans.
Aubri Burmood was promoted to Loan Officer with the West Olympia branch. Aubri joined OlyFed in 2018 at the Lacey branch as a CSR and was soon promoted to a Lead CSR and then to Universal Banker. Aubri has been a Universal Banker II in Tumwater since 2019 and has a lot of experience working on consumer loans.
