Marvin Road NE, from Hawks Prairie Road NE to 40th Court NE, will be reduced to a single lane, at times, from October 10–31. The lane closures will occur while workers install sidewalks, curbs and gutters, planter strips, and street lighting as part of the Northpoint Development project. The work will take place between 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday – Friday.
During working hours, motorists can expect minor traffic disruptions and alternative routes are advised.
