Goldstein Law Office, Olympia, is pleased to announce that Daniel A. Berner, Esq. has joined the firm.
Mr. Berner’s practice includes primarily real estate, construction, and land use law – transactions, litigation, and client advice.
After graduating from the University of Washington and Seattle University School of Law, Mr. Berner worked as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Washington, and has been in private practice over the last five years. He hails from Shelton, WA.
Mr. Berner currently serves on the Washington State Bar Association’s Litigation Section Executive Committee and the Construction Law Section. Mr. Berner is a member of the Mason and Thurston County Bar Associations and volunteers for the Thurston County Volunteer Legal Services for immigrant rights.
