The 42nd annual Harbor Days celebration filled the boardwalks of Percival Landing and waterways of Budd Bay this Labor Day weekend. Crafts, artisans, live music, and of course, boats provided 3 days of family fun for Thurston County families. The festivities culminated in the popular tugboat races showcasing the power and beauty of working tugs.
